Butter Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken breast - 600g
Tomato sauce - 400ml
Heavy cream - 200ml
Butter - 50g
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Instructions

Marinate chicken in yogurt with ginger-garlic paste and spices for 30 minutes.

Heat butter in a pan and cook marinated chicken until golden brown.

Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Stir in cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste.
